Exclusions: The offer excludes any other parts, repairs, consumables, labor, or additional work required on the vehicle. If the vehicle is not serviced within 6 months or 7,500km of the scheduled interval, or within 4 years or 60,000km (whichever comes first), the customer forfeits that service, and the dealership may invoice for the work.
The program period runs from September 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024. Vehicles must be retailed and reported in VISTA, or for on-sold demonstrators, delivered to the end user during this period. Government (G) and Customer Care Loan Vehicle (CCLV) (L) buyers are excluded from the offer. The dealership must submit the customer-signed form within 72 hours of receipt to rtladmin@ford.com.
To claim the offer, finalise the Mach-E sale, have the customer select the offer on the “Mach-E Special Offer Claim Form,” and provide consent to share their contact details for processing the gift card. Claims must be submitted by November 2, 2024.
